The Virex application displays status and information messages in the scrolling report area. A complete log of all Diagnose, Repair, and Snapshot activity is shown along with other information. This information can be saved as a document file and printed.
Report entries can be selected and then dragged or copied and pasted into other applications. If the report area is active, you can use the Copy (ΓîÿC), Clear All, and Select All (ΓîÿA) items from the Edit menu. Make the list active by clicking in it or by using the tab key. The list will have a dark border around it when it is active.
Above the report area are small buttons for quick access to printing, saving, copying selections, and clearing the report. An additional button displays a pop-up menu for selectively showing or hiding certain kinds of report information.
Just above the scroll bar for the report area is a small box containing a triangle. Click it to collapse the report text into an outline view that shows only the first line of each entry in the report. Click it again to show the full report text. You can also double-click on a particular entry to expand or collapse the text while keeping that item in view.
